17th century for damask silk 19th century for mounting Spain or France Beautiful and large Roman-shaped Chasuble in purple purple silk damask applied with golden ribbons. Design in crowned ironwork and stylized sheaves on a satin background. Beautiful glazed linen buckram lining (a hole of 2 cm). No flaws with period patina. Very good structural condition, usable for wearing or in historical decoration. Dimensions: Back 116 cm x 104 cm. Front 98cm x 62cm wide.
