Beautiful Louis XVI style flat desk. It opens with three drawers in front, red leather top edged with small iron gilding. Sheath legs with canted sides, ornamentation of bronzes: keyhole, pull handles and clogs. Hot iron salamander stamp, for André Mailfert (1884-1943). Around 1930.
