CRUCHE EN CUIVRE - FRANCE DU SUD, MILIEU DU XVIII ème s - POINCON DE CONTROLE

Belle et grande CRUCHE en cuivre, à panse balustre à base déprimée, col tronconique, pied droit oblique, déversoir ponté au col, couvercle bombé mouluré et anse ballante. Poucier enroulé.
Poinçon de contrôle au R couronné apposé deux fois sur l’anse mobile.
Hauteur: 39 cm.
SUD de la FRANCE, Milieu du XVIII ème s.

Très bon état, deux petites faiblesses sont cependant signalées par des flèches sur l'un des clichés.
Cette marque de contrôle au R couronné est rare à constater; les dinanderies étant très rarement poinçonnées. Elle permet de dater les dinanderies qui en sont porteuses de façon précise, vers 1740/50
