Antique Tournai Cup & Cover Porcelain Bleu De Celeste Sevres Style

An antique porcelain beaker and cover with fine floral decoration on a bleu celeste ground. Underglaze blue Tournai mark and overglaze Sevres mark. I am not an expert on Tournai but it seems to me that the porcelain is a genuine piece of Tournai perhaps outside decorated in the Sevres manner and that the overglaze mark was added then?
